Cervac products are a family of rigid, high-strenth ceramic fiber boards manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process using Fiberfrax Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF), organic & inorganic binders. All Board products offer low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, excellent resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack.
The Cervac board family exhibits excellent chemical stability, resisting attack by most corrosive gases. Exceptions are hydrofluoric, phosphoric, hydrochloric and sulfuric acids as well as concentrated alkalies. Not recommended for applications involving direct melton metal or liquied contact. Aluminium & Water Repellant variations also available. Variation Grades, Densities, Strength, Shapes & Sizes are available & can be manufactured as per requirment.
Very special board for application temperature between 1300°C to 1600°.
Thermal stability upto 1425°C and reduced shrinkage.
High strength(typicaly four times higher than atandard board.), board for applications in melton metal ladle back-up electrical element support. The unique shrinkage to a level of 1% temperature of 1200°C.
Enhanced High strength(typicaly five times higher than atandard board.), board for application in Torpedo ladle as back-up. The unique shrinkage to a level of 1% temperature of 1200°C.
Thermal Stability upto 1260°C.
CThermal Stability upto 1260°C with higher density.
Thermal Stability upto 1100°C
Thermal Stability upto 800°C.
